Current data paths

The public pages do not provide accounts, checkout, subscriptions, job applications, or a member database. The primary inquiry links open your email application; the website does not receive the message unless you send it.

Analytics

This remediation removes custom page-view and scroll-depth transmission. Vercel may process ordinary request metadata as the hosting provider under its own privacy terms. The site does not claim a behavioral profile or member analytics program.

Automated inquiry endpoint

A same-origin endpoint exists for future activation. It requires explicit consent and valid fields and fails closed when approved delivery credentials are absent. The current interface does not use it.

Retention and rights

If you send email, correspondence may be retained only as needed to respond, administer the relationship, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Request access, correction, or deletion at rn@rncollins.com. No promise is made to delete records that must legally be retained.

Legal-work warning

Do not send client confidences, privileged material, protected health information, case files, writing samples, or other sensitive records through a general inquiry. A supervising attorney must approve the system and transfer method used for legal work.
